Phan Thi Ngoc Diem to represent Vietnam at Miss Tourism International 2008

Phan Thi Ngoc Diem, Miss Tourism Vietnam 2008, to represent Vietnam at Miss Tourism International 2008 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Ngoc Diem is traveling to Malaysia tomorrow. Ngoc Diem is currently a student of HCMC University of Foreign Trade. She is the sixth Vietnamese representative at Miss Tourism International Contests.

Phan Thi Ngoc Diem won the first Miss Tourism Vietnam held in 2008. She is the third year student at HCMC University of Foreign Trade. She will represent Vietnam to join Miss Tourism Queen International 2009.
