Vi Thuy Linh to stop making poems?

Vi Thuy Linh, the Vietnamese young poet, has just published her newest poetry collection "ViLi in love". However, she's just announced her plan to stop making poems, which is understood as shocking, to concentrated on novels. She lives and works as a journalist in Hanoi right now. Her poems are very up-to-date in their strong and sometimes sexual display of emotion. Showing no fear of public censure, Vi Thuy Linh's work displays the optimistic and adventurous attitudes of her generation.
She is translated into English and included in the anthology, Black Dog, Black Night
